How ArchiHacks Plugin Handles Your Data

Last updated: May 21, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, how ArchiHacks Plugin handles data when you use the plugin and website.

If you are looking for formal legal information, see our TERMS OF USE and PRIVACY & GDPR POLICY.

What ArchiHacks Plugin knows about you

To run the service, ArchiHacks Plugin stores limited account information:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Credit balance and usage metadata

ArchiHacks Plugin does not have access to your password.

Saved prompts and your prompt overrides are synced to the cloud so you can access them on any machine. They are stored for this functionality and are accessible to ArchiHacks Plugin.

What happens when you render an image or video

When you generate media:

  • Your 3D model is never sent.
  • Only what you see in the Render Summary is processed:
    • Viewport images.
    • Textual prompt information.

What ArchiHacks Plugin stores briefly (and what it does not)

  • Generated and upscaled media files may be stored briefly in a private cloud bucket so downloads are more reliable.
  • Generated media is not publicly accessible; access is limited to short-lived secure links and service operations.
  • Download links are short-lived.
  • Temporary media files are auto-deleted after a short period.

ArchiHacks Plugin still processes media requests transiently and does not keep a long-term media library. Third-party providers may temporarily retain request data under their own legal terms and privacy policies.

Who owns the images?

You do.

You retain full rights to all images, videos, and content you generate using ArchiHacks Plugin. ArchiHacks Plugin does not claim ownership of your outputs. The only intellectual property owned by ArchiHacks Plugin is the plugin software itself.

AI and processing providers

ArchiHacks Plugin uses the Google Gemini API (including Veo for video) and OpenAI API models for image generation and editing, and Claid for upscaling.

For Google Gemini Services, Google states prompts and generated responses are not used to improve Google products. For OpenAI API endpoints, OpenAI documents that data is not used for training, applications have no application-state retention, and abuse-monitoring logs may be retained by default for up to 30 days.

This section is a plain-language summary based on our understanding and is not legal advice. Please review provider terms yourself to verify how each provider processes data.

In short

  • ArchiHacks Plugin stores only what is needed to run the service.
  • Your 3D model is never uploaded.
  • Generated media is stored briefly for delivery reliability, then auto-deleted.
  • You own what you create.
