1. Data controller

ArchiHacks Plugin is operated by ArchiHacks.

2. Personal data processed

ArchiHacks Plugin processes the following categories of personal data:

Account data

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Credit balance and usage metadata

User-generated data

  • Saved prompts (stored in the cloud so you can access them from any device you use)
  • Images, videos, and prompts submitted for generation/upscaling, and outputs returned from providers, processed to fulfill your request. Generated/upscaled media files may be stored briefly in secure cloud storage so downloads are more reliable.

Technical data

  • Limited usage and technical metadata required for service operation, security, and abuse prevention

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Personal data is processed under the following legal bases:

  • Contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) to provide access to the service, fulfill render/upscale requests, and manage user accounts.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) to store saved prompts (so they are available across devices).
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for service operation, security, delivery reliability, and fraud prevention.

4. AI and image processing providers

ArchiHacks Plugin currently uses:

  • Google Gemini API for image and video generation.
  • OpenAI API models for image generation and editing.
  • Claid API for image upscaling.
  • ArchiHacks Plugin sends prompts/media/metadata required to complete your request to the selected provider.
  • ArchiHacks Plugin does not use your prompts or outputs to train its own models.
  • ArchiHacks Plugin stores generated media only temporarily in secure cloud storage so downloads are reliable.
  • Download links are short-lived, and temporary media files are deleted automatically after a short period.
  • Third-party providers may retain and process request data under their own legal terms and privacy policies.

5. Data storage and location

Personal data is hosted using Convex / Vercel infrastructure. Temporary media files are stored in a separate private area with restricted access and delivered through secure download links. They are not public.

6. Data retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active account.
  • Saved prompts are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Generated media files are retained only temporarily to support reliable download delivery and are deleted automatically after a short period.
  • Request records and related technical metadata are kept only for a limited time for operations, billing integrity, and support.
  • Users may delete their account at any time, after which associated user data is removed.

7. Third-party processors and controllers

ArchiHacks Plugin uses the following third parties:

  • Stripe — payment processing and invoicing
  • Google & Convex & Vercel — hosting and API processing
  • OpenAI — AI image generation API processing
  • Claid — image upscaling API processing

No personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

8. Automated decision-making

ArchiHacks Plugin does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users (GDPR Art. 22).

9. Your GDPR rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data, restrict processing, or request data portability.

10. Cookies & tracking

ArchiHacks Plugin does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. Only essential technical storage required for authentication and service operation may be used.
