Terms of Use
Last updated: May 21, 2026
ArchiHacks Plugin is a proprietary Rhino 3D plugin and companion web service that helps you generate and upscale images via third-party providers (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI Image 2 / OpenAI API image models for generation, and Claid for upscaling, with more providers likely to be added over time). These terms explain how the service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
For how we process personal data and your GDPR rights, see our PRIVACY & GDPR POLICY. For a plain-language overview, see DATA HANDLING.
1. Your agreement
By accessing or using ArchiHacks Plugin (the plugin, the web app, or any related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArchiHacks Plugin.
2. The plugin is proprietary
ArchiHacks Plugin is proprietary software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as intended. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the plugin unless we give you explicit written permission.
3. Your content and outputs
You are responsible for the content you submit (for example, images, prompts, scene data, or other inputs) and for how you use the results.
As far as we are concerned, the renders and other material you generate using ArchiHacks Plugin are free for you to use (including commercial use). ArchiHacks Plugin does not claim ownership over your outputs.
However, we cannot grant you rights we do not have. Your ability to use inputs and outputs may still be limited by third-party rights (for example, copyright, trademarks, confidentiality) and by the terms of any third-party provider used to generate the output.
4. Third-party providers (Gemini, Veo, OpenAI, Claid, and others)
ArchiHacks Plugin relies on third-party providers to process requests. At the time of writing, ArchiHacks Plugin uses Google Gemini and OpenAI Image 2 / OpenAI API models for generation, Google Veo for video, and Claid for image upscaling. We may add, remove, or change providers over time.
When you render, ArchiHacks Plugin sends the data needed to complete the request to the selected provider. That provider processes data under its own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those third-party terms.
To improve delivery reliability, ArchiHacks Plugin may temporarily store generated or upscaled media in secure cloud storage and return them through short-lived download links. These temporary files are automatically deleted after a short period. See the PRIVACY & GDPR POLICY for current retention details.
Relevant third-party legal pages include: GOOGLE API TERMS, OPENAI SERVICES AGREEMENT, CLAID TERMS & CONDITIONS.
We are not affiliated with third-party providers unless explicitly stated. We do not control their services, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.
5. Diagnostics, error reports, and improving the product
To keep ArchiHacks Plugin reliable and improve it over time, the plugin and services may collect and store diagnostic information when something goes wrong (for example: error messages, stack traces, request IDs, timestamps, and basic environment/app version details).
These error reports are used for debugging, support, abuse prevention, and product improvement. Depending on the error, diagnostic data may include limited parts of the data involved in the request.
6. Contact regarding errors
If we see an error that needs clarification, we may contact you using the email address associated with your ArchiHacks Plugin account to ask for additional details (for example, steps to reproduce the issue). You can always reply and ask us to stop contacting you about diagnostics.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of ArchiHacks Plugin after an update means you accept the updated terms.
